Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy for Event Tickets

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Deadline: Attendees may cancel their event tickets up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time to receive a refund.

  2. Refund Procedure: Refunds for canceled tickets are processed through Wix Payments and are subject to associated fees and processing times. Please allow 3-5 business days for staff to initiate the refund process.

  3. Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales become non-refundable after the 48-hour mark before the scheduled event.

Ticket Transfers

  1. Transfer Policy: Ticket transfers are permitted only when explicitly indicated on the events page. Directions and procedures for ticket transfers will be available on the respective event's page.

Event Changes or Cancellations

  1. Changes or Cancellations: In the event of an event cancellation or significant changes (e.g., rescheduling, change in location), full refunds will be provided to ticket holders. Alternatively, the refund can be credited towards the rescheduled event, based on the attendee's preference.

  1. Cancellation and Transfer Requests: Requests for ticket cancellations or transfers should be sent to Director@napda.ca. Please include relevant details regarding the ticket purchase and the event in question.
